Calling Landscapers and Home Re-modellers. Makeover of Pique Hearth (Pancakes House)

Help please. I haven't much experience renovating homes. Downstairs hasn't been too bad. Mostly I've just re-coloured stuff. I think it looks softer now. [ Spoiler ]

Nicely done. I'm guessing from the scenario you mentioned that the Pancakes aren't destine to last? If he's going to be spending more and more time in said 'guest bedroom', me thinks they need a marriage counselor. :open_mouth:
