Can someone make kpop idol Dawn for me?

I've been trying to find Dawn anywhere I could look but I can't, at least none that include a cc list. I tried to make him myself but I suck at using sliders. Would anyone be willing to make him for me? I'm currently unemployed so I can't give much, but I'll give what I can. I attached a photo for reference. I would love it if someone would be willing.
