You know what I'd like to see as like a free little update? A small random chance for your sims' job to be calling asking if they can work a few extra hours or come in to do a shift on their day off....

No decrease to their job performance if your sim refuses, (after all, work can't make you come in on your day off) but a nice sizable boost to their job performance if they did as well as a moodlet to go with it. The moodlets would also be trait dependent as well. For example, an Ambitious sim will feel happy or confident for coming in to help out, but feel tense or sad if they didnt work. While a Lazy sim would be downright ecstatic that they didnt work on their precious day off, but feel tense or even angry if they forced themselves to go in.
Thoughts?
My retail shop owners are always having their staff moaning about doing overtime already so I suppose that could be added to your own Sim's job. You can do overtime in GTW when you follow your Sims to work.
