Well done Eric, you detailed who you are, what you’ve done, and what you would do for Kayleigh. I’m glad the Major gave his blessing but I also agree with BlueSeaWaves that the Major has hurt his daughter more than Eric ever has. I can see your dilemma but I think Eric needs to tell Kayleigh the truth, he doesn’t want to start their lives together with a lie.
I have stewed over this letter thing. Woke up with an idea that may serve both purposes. I shall work on it. Erik is certainly in another tight place.
