This one is great and does just what it says. Based on the two parents traits it generates traits and aspirations for child, teen and yound adult. The minor drawback is Toddler traits are not considered.
I have a few ideas that I want to test before sharing so I will be back later.

Meaning a Mastered Skill would be 30 points plus 5 more for mastering it for each household member?
Those are for everyone including the kids. And yes, when you reach the level that masters the skill, you get 8 points. 3 for gaining a level and 5 for mastering the skill. :)
