Change lot type for "special venues"
The title says it all really; I wish we could change the lot types for these venues.

If you don't mind using mods, this one lets you change the lot type of special venues: https://zerbu.tumblr.com/post/160347810775/the-sims-4-mod-venue-changes. I'm currently using it to turn the Von Haunt Estate into a residential lot that one of my current families now lives in.
