Whisk-taker Graham Gulden has always gone against the whole-grain and will stop at muffin when it comes to his half-baked knead to rise to the top of the bread basket and join the upper crust. But his hot-tempered nature means it’s cherry easy to whip him into a froth and bring him to tiers. So please let your butter natures prevail and doughnut judge him s’more harshly than necessary when he bakes a few mis-steaks.
