Charity Shop / Thrift Store

As a shameless thrift shopper, hard agree. Wouldn't it be cool if Sims could buy old or broken stuff and restore it? (I know we kind of have that option already with Eco Lifestyle and dumpster diving, but I've noticed that with the amount spent on "salvaging" stuff, you might as well save money and time buying it new in the first place. I wish higher handiness skill allowed you to repair furniture.)
