Choose your babysitter

The new pack has got me thinking about all the parenting stuff (obviously) and I would love if we could select our babysitter from people you know. Like if you are having an event, you can choose a caterer or bartender or entertainer from Sims you know.

I would love if when you are going to work, you could hire a babysitter of your choosing, for example the child's grandparents. It would just add an extra touch of reality that kids could be looked after by their grandparents, aunts, uncles, older siblings who live elsewhere, cousins, etc. Should include all age rages teen and above.

It would also be nice if parents could decide who would raise their children if something happened to them.

Yeah but than again we also Have the Nanny NPC.

i really like this, and I also kind of wish teens with the babysitter career actually showed up as babysitters, lol.  Maybe there could be options based on cost?  Like, we'd still have the NPC nanny we have now, but you could hire a teenager for cheap, or ask someone you know, like the grandparents, for free maybe?  Something like that?  But, maybe if your relationship is too low, or they're at work themselves they won't be an option.
