I have never asked for a sims 4 lot before so hope this is the right way to do this-)

Type of lot (laundromat, club, library, park, etc.): Natural waterpark (like the bluffs) with water slides plus all toddler play/park objects (toddler seating) including park objects and playground objects for older children plus animal training objects, skate park, with barbecue and basketball area. Also a bar and outdoor nightclub area. Also a small magical area for magical sims with cauldron (but this could be in a basement.

Special requirements (subway, parking, registers, etc.)? swimming in natural pool, water slides, toddler play areas, (including toddler sleeping area) children/teen play area, barbecue area with adult/toddler seating, arcade items, skating area, outdoor bar and nightclub area, a magical area with cauldron and I would love a basement area so I could add other objects as new packs are released.

I have chosen a Oasis springs theme as the weather is naturally outdoors so I can send my sim families there to have a good time without having to worry about what the weather may be like there when I send them to this world.
