Co-Worker Interactions

Question

I was playing a new household last night with my new Sim Susan Takuchi who became a company manager and when she invited over her junior co-worker, Jennifer Travers, it got me thinking about co-worker specific interactions.

For example, Jennifer is on Business career Level 1, being invited over to her boss's house to hangout so how would that feel? Would she feel tense that Susan wants to meet up with her on a social level? Maybe Susan could offer her pointers to improving her work.

I like the sound of this. One of my main Sims is a five-star celebrity in the Stylist career, at maximum level. Albeit they haven't seen each other in a while, I created a sim in Newcrest who also was a Stylist, though she is much lower, anywhere from level 1-5. If they'd ever meet each other again, would she be tense or angry from jealousy that he rose to stardom while she is unknown? It's a super interesting concept.
