You can go about it how you want! :smile: What I did was I purchased a lot for 2,000 simoleons and with the rest of the money, I bought a furnished lot from the gallery. With the few simoleons I had left, I used it to redecorate a bit, and then when I was done, I set the funds completely to 0. Hope that made sense!
