It's probably been suggested before but I'm really interested in the idea to have two venue types for one lot. This could increase sims autonomous interactions and help make them more realistic to their surroundings. Some examples could be cafe/library, nightclub/lounge, museum/cafe, gym/pool, pool/spa, restaurant/bar, etc. I'm sure a lot of tech would have to be put into this suggestion but please consider it for our greater story telling pleasure ;)

This would be great. I don't know exactly how the game works, but I suspect rooms could be set to behave as different lot types.

Yeah, I don't see any reason this couldn't be possible

still wishing for this one along with something for toddlers. (playground, day care, anything please)

We really need multi purpose lots in game considering the already extreme lack of space.

I'd definitely would wan't something like this so I can have both an Apartment and Retail/restaurant in one lot (it really puts me off for that reason).

Thanks for the support everyone! I'm hoping they actually consider doing this. You've made some excellent points about the small world size. This would be a benefit to the game all around imo.

I've been wanting combined venues since GTW. It's past time they added it I mean who doesn't want a cafe / library or a restaurant / bar and not have to have your sim hire a barista or mixologist when they visit the lot.

THIS and yes, it's way past time for EA to step up to the plate and deliver the capability for us to have "Combined Venues" in the small neighborhoods of Sims 4. I've wanted a Restaurant/Bar for a very long time -- like we were able to do in Sims 3.

With more pets info leaked I'm hoping for petshops, dog parks, horse arenas or even a vet clinic. Come work your magic EA. (And still please consider multiple venues for one lot)

I know this would be a big update, but I really would like it if they would add multiple lot types (just two would make me enormously happy).
One the one hand a museum/cafe, a spa/pool etc. would be really nice and on the other hand - and this is the one I despeartely wait for - living in the same lot as your buisness (shop or restaurant) is would be a huge benefit. (Right now I have a familiy that never uses its home lot, because they actually have a flat above their shop.)
