Confess to Cheating Option in TS4?

I like to spice up my gameplay with drama... However, some of my sims need to have the option to 'confess to cheating', or something along those lines. So, when my sims has an affair with another sim...

Wasn't this a thing in Sims 3 if I remember correctly? They should really bring it back!
