Could not locate this item

I don't know how this happened but in My Library, I downloaded some lots but at some point, the images are gone and all that appears are llamas. And when I try to click on the picture, a message appea...

You can’t put files into sub folders in the tray folder, as that will prevent the builds or Sims from appearing.
Try sorting the tray folder by date. Then look at the gallery and see what the date is on the build. Then go to the tray folder and find the files that were downloaded that day. This should help to locate the files for a build.
