I built a farm on the 50x40 lot for under 90K. It has a 4 bedroom house with a barn in the back. I use the barn for storage, woodworking and plan to add the gardening table. There are two sheds and a coop, as well as a pond. A fenced in area has the garden with Patchy and 2 beehives and there is a smaller garden meant for herbs. i have been playing on it without any problems. It is called Willoughby's Farm. No cc and I only used MOO for placing flowers and other landscaping items.
