Create A World - How it could work

Here are a few pictures i took from oasis springs from lot "point of view". Using tab free view.
Here is the eternal hurricane around the zone :

Here is another out-of-bounds area with the fountain, the fountain itself is 3d and there are fake cars running around streets that end on nowhere.

And here is near the end of the map. Trees get 2d and houses start to float. It is a weird world.

And here is a world pespective. Notice my house with open configuration on the middle zone of the map. Everything outside that zone is decoration.
