Custom Build Request
I hope one or more of your wonderful simmers can help me.
I am looking for someone to take on a custom build, I have had one of these requests fulfilled before and while I love the result and use it for many of my sims, that one house just won't do it for my current sim.
So let me tell you about my current sim....
His name is Reece Scott and he started off with a really basic house with very little items and no wall coverings or floor coverings, he is a painter (but doesn't have a job, he just paints and sells them to earn money) he built up his funds enough that I could decorate the house and he has just maxed out his paint skill and to celebrate he has asked Dina Caliente to move in as his friend (for now but we will see where that goes) who does have a job so is earning us a bit of extra money. As he gets more money he will get a bigger house (his small 1 bedroom 1 bathroom studio type flat house is built on a 50x50 lot for potential to expand when he grows and as his funds grow he will buy more things to build on other skills and will probably one day have a job of his own
So what I need for Reece is a basic huge house for him to aim for once he gets more money. Now Reece is a gloomy by nature type sim (which helps with his painting) so I would like enough space that he could go to different rooms or sections (depending how its done) to alter his mood
I want it to look like a studio apartment inside even though it will be quite a large style property - I'm open to your own interprtations to this however if you are stuck I do have a sample on the gallery which may help.
Now Reece hangs his own paintings in his house so plenty of wall space for doing so would be great, no need for much decoration, he's a basic kind of guy and just likes maybe a few simple plants and things dotted about but nothing to fancy.
If possible a nice garden space would be great, don't want to give too much details but somewhere to sit and eat occasional outside would be nice with the idea that he may or may not want a pool when they come out kept in mind. Also a section where he can start/manage a gardening skill which eventually he will one day have too
Needs to be scope that he may or may not have a family with Dina so 3 decent size childrens rooms with enough room for 2 beds 2 desks would be great (anything else is up to you) and a separate room for them to play in and a room where the baby crib things can go for if/when they have babies would be wonderful
Master room downstairs please (I love master rooms downstairs as when the family is small I barely have to send my sims upstairs) which also means a toilet/shower room downstairs (bathroom too if you like or that can just go upstairs whatever)
As I said open space would be great as I want it to look studio like and modern - I feel like im giving too much detail though, my request is open minded although I do have some ideas that I could share with whoever takes this on.
