Daephene's New Save

Rani is very sweet 💗 It is great that they enjoyed their vacation to Chestnut Ridge and Arun was able to enjoy some special family time with Rani. It is good that Jesminder is has acquired and is enjoying using her writing skill. Congratulations to Arun on reaching level 6 in his career and is going well in his aspiration progress 🙂

Week One with the Campbell Family

Devin and Melissa Campbell decided to follow their dream of living out in the country by moving with their three children to the village of Henford on Bagley. 

This is their house before I realized I placed it on the lot backwards and rotated it (so this side is the back now).

Their three children are Meghan, Stirling and Stuart, seen here in their pajamas. Stuart is the blonde.

Meghan started classes at Copperdale High, and immediately started making friends.

There was a small garden already planted, and though there wasn't much when they moved in during the winter, as soon as she started harvesting Melissa started learning to can and preserve.

Devin thought he should try some new things too, but quickly decided he should leave most of the cooking to Melissa. Maybe he'll try woodworking.

This week was the beginning of spring, so they family celebrated Springfest together. After attending a holiday ceremony they enjoyed a nice chat with the flower bunny, and an egg hunt.

Stirling decided he was more interested in bunnies of a non-magical nature. He has befriended two rabbits, Hazel and Spot. They are both now helping out with Melissa's garden.

Melissa made a nice ham dinner, though I thought it looked a little bony.

After the holiday, Melissa was able to start gardening more seriously. She visited the local shops to buy produce, and soon her garden was pretty large.

Devin's woodworking is coming along well also. He has been making a set of barstools, which the children use to do homework, near the display of their egg collection.

They also bought a couple of chickens, and so far had one egg hatch.

Meghan almost forgot to study for her first exams. She got up at 5 AM to cram. Her brothers ended up bringing their homework and breakfast to join her. She aced the test!

As a member of the cheer team, Meghan had to be at the event on Friday.

On Saturday the whole family took a trip to the local park. Stirling enjoyed learning to play chess, and Stuart enjoyed learning to fish. Meghan hasn't gotten to old for swings yet. Melissa went exploring and took a selfie with the snail.

That night Meghan went to the Freshman Prom. That's a dance for the first year students that serves as a warmup for the Senior Prom they'll have later. Meghan was unexpectedly voted Prom Princess (queen is for seniors).

Meghan went to prom with her friend Binh, who asked her to go as friends. But she had been flirting with Rohan Elderberry. Both Meghan and Rohan were a little worried about what it meant that the other didn't ask them as a date. So at the after party at the pier, Meghan decided to discuss their relationship status. Which led to a very public first kiss.

Binh is the girl on the right. Meghan's friend Analyn is on the left, and Rohan's friend Keenan is the redhead in the back. I don't know who anyone else is.

She and Rohan also kissed in the cuddle carts later.

Other than that, here are some smaller events that happened during the week:

Mother and Daughter bonded over the Singer-Songwriter music genre.

Father and sons bonded over the Peter Barker book series.

Stirling pulled his loose tooth and got a poster from the tooth fairy.

Stuart made a lot of drawings.

Meghan tried to grill and set herself on fire. Melissa autonomously put out the fire on the grill but I had to tell Devin to extinguish Meghan also. Meghan was saved, the grill not so much.

The house was broken into and Meghan took a selfie about it.

I don't actually remember what happened next - I know Melissa called the police but something distracted me from watching the resolution. I don't think anything was stolen though because the alarm woke everyone up as you can see.

Melissa and Devin are both now on the third level of their careers (music and education, respectively). They are still on the first tier of their aspirations because I have been focusing more on their kids and their hobbies. All the children are on the second tier of their aspirations, which are Goal Oriented for Meghan, Whiz Kid for Stirling, and Artistic Prodigy for Stuart. The boys are A students now, while Meghan is stuck at a B for the moment. 

It was lovely reading about all the things that have been happening with the family since they moved to Henford 💗 Congratulations to Melissa on being voted Prom Princess! It wasn’t good that Meghan got set on fire from the grill! It is great that Meghan’s gardening and Devin’s woodworking are going well. It is cute that Stirling got a poster from the Tooth Fairy from his loose tooth coming out ❤️

Great update! I hope the spring gardening goes well! Congrats on being voted Prom Princess and her first kiss with Rohan ❤️It is great that Stirling befriended the bunnies and I love his expression with the chicken! 

Stirling is a cute little animal lover. We're working on the fox next. For the good of the chickens.
