DC or Marvel hero/villain chosen: Black Canary
Background story: Dinah Laurel Lance was born into a family of crime fighters. Her father Larry Lance, was a police officer, while her mother (also named Dinah) was the original Black Canary. She followed in her parents footsteps. She wanted to fight for those who were unable to fight for themselves. Dinah was trained in boxing by her mentor Ted Grant and can throw down with the best of them. Her signature move is the canary cry.
