Yes, please! As I said in the other thread, having at least three ways to bring dead sims back to life when it's so unlikely that anyone will ever die of anything other than old age is a little ridiculous. I'm especially displeased with how illness is handled in TS4: It's basically just an annoying uncomfortable moodlet that shows up way too often, but with little to no consequence. In TS2, an illness could actually get worse and even kill the sim if left untreated.
I voted for the Danger SP in last year's survey, but in hindsight I'm glad it didn't win, because I feel a stuff pack with a few new dangerous objects just isn't enough to give us what we want. We need an overhaul of gameplay mechanics like illness and random accidents, maybe add a habitable underworld with ghost townies while you're at it, and you'll have enough to justify making it a GP.
