Bumping this thread because I'd love it if they implemented this feature, it's needed sooooo badly. (plus an option to make the disguise while making an alien in CAS)

Just adding a "me too" here. It's one of the first things I really wanted when GTW came out. It takes a lot of work to try to make matching alien and human disguises.

And then, I've heard, the Alien face shape doesn't hold on aging up :/ (I've been playing with aging off, so haven't seen this in person.)
