I would like to see them bring back the personality sliders, and mix that in with the current trait system.
For example, you would have "Nice...Mean", "Shy...Outgoing", and "Lazy...Energetic" sliders, and then get to choose a few traits, like "Loves the Outdoors" or "Genius" to provide more depth.
I think we currently don't have enough traits, and some of the traits (like Insider) just don't do enough and are only useful in very specific situations.
