DizzyDesigns: Let's start a fairy tale!

The design and layout of Modern Villa 3 looks so very nice! :) Very nice outdoors areas! The waterfalls look very pretty! The bridge is a nice touch in the waterfalls area. It is nice nook area for sims to enjoy painting on the easel. Very nice design of the gazebo! Sims will enjoy playing chess at the table there in the outdoors air. The pool area is great! Sims will enjoy swimming there. The turtles are a nice touch there. The stairs , rocks and bamboo trees look very nice how they are placed and used in the build! Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The black and white colour scheme of the dining and bar area. The bar nook is great! The drinks wall shelves look great there. Sims will enjoy having a drink from the bar after there meal. The entertainment room is very nice for sims to rest on the sofas and watch tv or have fun playing foosball! The red colour of the seating in the lounge area looks nice. It is a very nice light filled area for sims to enjoy resting there with sunshine coming in through the windows. They will enjoy having a cup,of tea whilst sitting there, listening to radio music. It is nice that there is a sauna in the home.
It is a very nice modern home! :)
