The exterior design of Modern 2 storey loft 9 looks very nice! :) The pool looks great in the front patio area of the build. The water fountains feature looks pretty! The sunken living room looks great! Sims will enjoy watching tv or playing video games there. The way that you have used the black and white colour scheme in the home looks so creative! The alternating colours in the two bedrooms look very effective! The black and white chess seats, placed on the yin yang floor rug are a nice touch.
