Mod Shui is very nice! @Don_Oello :) Very nice exterior design of the building and layout of the build! The peaked roofing refiected well the Asian theme. The front roof covered passageway between the areas of the build looks great! The flowers look pretty either sides of the entrance area. Very nice zen rock garden! It is very nice place for sims to rest quietly on the seating or enjoy doing yoga on the mats there in the outdoors air. Child sims wil have fun playing on the monkey bars. The kids bedroom is very nice! The Voidcritter decal on the wall and the panda lamp on the bedside table look cute! Very nice eat in kitchen. The floral wall pattern looks pretty. The leafy pictures on the wall are nice for sims to see whilst sitting at the table enjoying eating a meal. The yin yang floor rug is a nice touch under the table.
It is a very nice home! :)
