And on the topic of Magic University. I don't think EAxis sees doing a Magic Academy worth the price. (and i don't like that either) However i think it would be fun to see a Paranormal degree for everyone with a exclusive career. If the sim studying in that major is an occult they would get financial boost from the university. (Side note: i miss Occult exclusive careers like the Alien test subject career in ts3)
