Yeah, this all would pretty much guarantee me aging them up as soon as we return from the hospital. I know it's not popular but I like babies the way they are. As a mom this is pretty much how newborns are, they nap a lot, and when they are awake they need fed or changed and then there's a bit of time where you can cuddle and coo and talk to them as they stare at the ceiling and eventually your face and then the go back to sleep until they need changed and fed again. Don't get me wrong. I have a 26 year old son who is the center of my soul, but the newborn phase wasn't a lot of fun. For me the fun began when he was a toddler and older and could really play, and interact and explore the world around him. Just my opinion though.
