if your sim is marrying an npc sim and their relationsip bar is not really high he can chicken out at the altar and run away this could happen in ts2 and was so dramatic i loved it

sims you stole the partner from will fight you or argue with you
npc sims can ask to be boyfriend or girlfriend or propose
npc sims can ask to move in together
i think the best way for this to be implmented is if it was optional since not everyone wants this that way everyone is happy
