Dreaming in The Sims (as a GP/EP)

Apparently it'll be secret lots and also they are unaccessible without Sims sleeping.

There could be plenty dream lots to be added, they can make maybe 10 of them as no real world is made. Even the in-game worlds/lots can appear in dreams (that's a way easier job for the development team, lol) and Sims can react to it just like in real life, with the only difference that no real consequences are made.

Did you mean the chance cards? If yes they could be implemented to the dreaming idea so that you have to answer correctly to enter the dream world (well, dream secret lots). Maybe different answers will lead to different dreams and some will just wake the Sim up.
