Oh wow! I just posted a machinima thread myself before I saw this lol
I'm from the USA and have always loved writing stories. It wasn't until recently that I decided to use the Sims 4 as a creative outlet to get some of my unfinished stories out there. I'm still pretty new to the machinima thing, so I'm still improving, but I am having a lot of fun! Currently, the only Sims 4 story I have up is my teen drama series We Are Young, and it only has 3 episodes at the moment. Here's a link to the first episode, but I have to admit, EP 2 and 3 are better lol But I will definitely be checking you story out! I've been wanting to find more Sims 4 machinima makers ^_^

Finally started my werewolf themed Sims 4 story, Nightfall! It follows two young adult best friends and roommates who suddenly find themselves mixed up in the world of the supernatural.

I made this 2mins video to enter a competition held by Filmora (Video editing software).
The theme of my vid is soccer. Since the competition is about using a green screen, so I made a video that uses a lot of it. The challenge for me is creating my own custom animations and poses. It took a lot of time. Thanks to inverse kinematics in Blender, I can do the poses easier and make more complex animations than the ones in my previous video.

This video made me want to pull my hair. I had a lot of doubts about whether I can finish it or not. It's really beyond my comfort zone. So many cuts, effects, finding the right music, sounds, pics, Arrggggghh!

But in the end...finally... it's done and I've submitted it. Will it get approved. hopefully.

I got several series going, but the one I like to link below is not machinima, but simply based on my screenshots folder. This weekend I published the 12th video, each with their own theme. In a few weeks the videos will no longer be themes, but contain whatever randomness might await in that folder... The perfect quick break from whatever you need a break from :)

Hey guys! This is my first time making a machima series but hopefully everyone enjoy it's story and character development. I'm from Georgia and even though this is my first machima series, I have been playing Sims for quite a while. I also make stop motion animations so my editing isn't terrible but anyways here's my series Fall Never Ends. It's an omega-verse series, and if you don't know what that is then the video also explains it in the beginning.

Creating a machinima is really time-consuming. I wish machinima makers can share their tips in making a machinima more time-efficient.
So let me contribute my first tips.
I put my pose's names list in a spreadsheet. It's much better than a notepad. You can search and copy the names in fewer steps than if you do it on a notepad.

And then I give them tags. That way for example if I needed an animation of a pointing finger, I can find it faster, instead of trying and guessing all animations again one by one.

In Youtube retention is important. So I learn to grab attention since the beginning. And I use fast pace, many short cuts. Other makers may like to use slow motion movement to make it more cinematic. But I don't know how they do the slow mo.

Anw, below is a machinima about a spoiled kid who got kicked from the house by his dad. Because he asked too many toys and can't appreciate all toys he already had. And then he called his dad a bad parent. So his dad gave him a lesson. Now he has to survive on the street on his own. Will he make it?
