I'd definately buy a stuff pack for elders. They need more love.
But I'm a fan the fact that teens and up share the same clothes. I had a lot of CC in TS2 that enabled CAS-content for teen and up. I want to be able to dress an elder like a young adult would if it fits his/her character.
Anyhow, I think age filters for CAS-content would be a fabulous idea. You could still disable it and have all the CAS items available,
