You can do whatever you want to do, the Gallery is for everyone to use how they see fit, and I cannot find any official requirements for uploading.
I think players download for many different reasons and all houses are appreciated. Personally I appreciate when there is enough info about the build, so that I can make an informed choice. This is what I am looking for:
On which lot the build was built on
If it uses moo or CC
Why it was made, with what in mind
If it has been playtested
Pictures taken during daytime for visibility
So as long as you explain your choices I think the likeliness of someone wanting your build is there.
