Built as deepest level basement with highest walls. #Unlocked Rocket and Command Center Desk. (Thought I took better pictures but cannot find them.}
This room is a basement at the lowest level and the tallest height. The room can be placed on the ground (house) level if you wish.

Here is how to use as created:
*Create a basement at least 10x9 at regular height. (I wanted other spaces on this level so did not make it to tall.)
*Create a second basement directly below this one. I made the walls the highest level to allow plenty of room for the rocket.
*Select the first level basement and remove the ceiling. This leaves an opening on ground level.
*Select the first level basement again and remove the floor. There is now an opening between the first and second basement. The space above the Rocket MUST be open to the outdoors to work.
*Place this room at the lowest level possible. Viola! Rocket Silo Underground.
My build had a basement directly under the house which I then connected to this first level basement so I could get to the Rocket. Than allowed for a shorter stairs to get to the rocket.
