Extend Staircase Lengths

When I recreate some houses in the game, what disappoints me is the fact that the staircases in-game are limited in length whereas the ones in the house design are long. What I would like to be able to do is extend their length.

    Doesn't that depend on wall height? The higher the wall height, the longer or shorter the staircase?

    It does but if you look at some modern homes, especially some designed by Paul McClean, staircases are long. Some can be short but others can be long as well.

    I like the idea of being able to customise the exact length of each part if you decide to bend the staircase, that being said, spiral staircases would be amazing!
