That is the first link I showed, this isn't necessarily a HQ mod (the second link is) But i absolutely recommend it. It brightens & sharpens your game (:
If that doesn't work I can try uploading it to my Google Drive and give you a link :3
The second link is an installer, you can put it anywhere, i just used it from my downloads folder. It takes care of all the HQ business for you c:
