When people think of nymphs they thing of beautiful elemental creatures, manipulating the earth around them as they dance and sing melodies so sweet. The thought of a corrupted maiden bending souls at their will doesn't cross one's mind. But this is exactly the story of the Lampad.
Once great nymphs who lived in harmony with the other elementals, these creatures now dwell in the depths of the underworld, some lusting for revenge and some simply trying to hone their powers peacefully as they await the day they can return to the peaceful living world.
But why have they been banished to this world? When humans first began to walk the each a group of nymphs discovered they could manipulate the soul. Some able to read their minds, while others could command them to do their bidding. When the other nymphs found out this group was banished to the underworld to pay for their mistreatment. After centuries they became what is now known as the Lampad, a powerful hybrid of nymph and demon that feeds on souls.
Though trouble and mischief are never far, Delilah is part of a group that has learned to feed without harming the soul or it's vessel. She is able to read and transfer emotions, bringing happiness or even fear to whomever she wishes through touch, or simply feeling it. Though she is spiteful towards her ancestors that forced her kind to live in this world of chaos and hatred, she has used it to her advantage, reading the souls sent to the underworld and passing judgement as she sees fit.

I hope this is right! Heh! Also... I realized that the pose she's in looks sort of similar to one of the idles that the sims do. ;_; I prolly shouldn't have covered her other arm.
