Assignment 1
It is said that deep in the forest live the playful faeries known as pixies. Some are the size of humans, some are tiny. They love fun, and are often mischievous to travelers. They often live in pixie houses, though quite a few sleep in trees. among them was Luna, a young fae with no concept of stress.
Luna was woken up by the streams of sunlight coming through the leaves of the tree. She yawned, and groggily got up. The pink-haired faery leaned out of the tree, holding on to a branch for balance, spread her wings, leaped off and- Whoops! Luna forgot to flap her wings and tumbled into the foliage below. However, she wasn't hurt, and giggled at what had happened. Luna was still quite young, and not the best at flying. As she started to crawl out of the bushes, she heard another pixie fluttering by. Mischievously, Luna snuck behind her, and then ran up and tapped her back.
"Tag! You're it!" Luna shouted, and as the faerie turned around she fluttered away. She loved how it felt to fly through the woods, so exhilarating and fun. The cyan-haired faerie chased behind her, slowly and steadily catching up. Knowing this, Luna took a sharp left turn, but the other pixie was right behind her, and they crashed into eachother. Luna laughed, and though the faery was annoyed, after a few seconds she giggled too. This is like things always should be, Luna thought, without a single problem.
