[Fantasy Story] Elementalists (Chapter 5 / updated: 03th June 2026)

Let me introduce you to my story: ELEMENTALISTS, a tale of powerful sorcerers who master the primordial elements!

Synopsis:
In the kingdom of Élendor, the Order of the Elementalists maintains a fragile balance between the peoples of the realm and the occult forces that threaten the world. Trained within the walls of Vendargent Castle, young mages learn to master one of the four elemental Fluxes: Fire, Water, Earth, or Wind.
Among them is Mélisandre Téméris.
Orphaned after the mysterious death of her father, a former figure of the Order, the young woman joins the ranks of the first-year apprentices hoping to prove herself… but also to uncover the truth behind what really happened to her family.
Alongside her companions — the cheerful Céliane, the stoic Orza, the methodical Alaric, the carefree Léo, and the discreet Maxence — Mélisandre quickly discovers that the missions entrusted to the Elementalists are far removed from the glorious tales taught within the castle walls.
Between rising tensions with Vampire and Lupin clans, confrontations with the mysterious Cabalists, political intrigue, and secrets buried deep within the Kingdom itself, the young apprentices slowly begin to realize that the world they were sworn to protect rests upon a fragile balance.
Guided by the Archmage Katrina Rafalnoir, Mélisandre must find her place in a world where the line between good and evil grows more uncertain with each passing day.
For some secrets hold the power to change the fate of an entire kingdom.
This story was originally written in French. As English is not my native language, some turns of phrase may occasionally sound a little unusual. To preserve the story’s original touch, all character names have remained in French.
