Fences at the edges of the lot

use the hedges, they cover up those never-quite-right-grasslines better than the fences do.

i would so love fences that go on the edge.

oh and more terrainpaint-options, especially the option to actually use the colors the devs used when coloring the rest of the world, my green just never gets green enough.
