Fixing Ghosts?

So right now ghost sims are a bit lacking. I've killed off a few sims to have their ghosts on lots as NPCs and they don't function much different from normal NPCs except that they have a few ghost specific interactions and they like to destroy my toilets and sinks.

Here's my suggestions;
-Sims need to have a reaction when they see a ghost, they could either be scared (which would be good if sims had a fear emotion), sad, inspired, or happy. Elder sims should also have a chance to die of fright if they see a ghost.
-We should be able to make ghost sims as an occult type in CAS
-Ghosts that haunt a house should have an effect on that house without the house having a haunted trait.
-When sims become ghosts they should gain an extra trait, they're either a good spirit or a vengeful spirit. Vengeful spirits should be able to do more than wrecking your bathroom furniture. Like possessing your whole house and making the walls ooze, appearing in mirrors and jumpscaring your sims, and acting up when you make changes to the house that they dislike. Good spirits watch over your sims and make sure they are safe.
-With regards to urns or graves, good spirits you can release to the netherworld as per normal, vengeful ones require exorcism. Which would probably work well with a supernatural skill similar to that vampire knowledge skill.

I can see a few of these changes made in a free update but if they made a whole pack based off hauntings I'd buy it.

    If they implement a memory system, a sim could be uncomfortable and frightened every time they see a ghost for the first time because each ghost can be a different threat or be a friendly ghost. But your sim memory would make him remember the ghost he already saw, if he had a good impression of the ghost he would not be afraid anymore, but if the ghost was wickedly scary they would be afraid of said ghost everytime he is around. This way we could create benevolent ghosts (like Casper the Friendly Ghost) or malicious ghosts (like Horror movie ghosts).
  • So what if the ghost is a family member who is NOT part of your active household? I don't want to be constanlty have my sim be scared of ghostly relatives
