@Faoiltearna I don't see why not! It's actually a pretty smart idea since it also nets you some cash.
And I think lot traits are fine! I actually just forgot about them completely when making the rules. I actually use them in my personal challenge! They have been helpful without making things too easy so I will add them to the guide!
