Kids can cook now on the regular stove and I think they can sell lemonade from the lemonade tray on the sales table. Maybe they could have the kid oven but bake fake muffins instead? I would love treehouse and more playground standalone and smaller objects, like a slide, a seesaw, or a merry go round, and the rideable spring things from TS3. Things that you could easily fit in your backyard because the playground gym we have now is really huge. Would love a small child sized table they could use to play tea time with the dolls and other children. Or one of those carpets with drawn on streets and buildings, children could use to play with cars on.

I appreciate the suggestions, but I do miss the the Sims 2 and 3 style objects in particular. Can kids actually mix the pitcher in 4? I don't remember whether or not they could. I haven't tried it with a child in a while. As for the oven, I do feel there is a fair difference between play cooking with a toy and using a real oven. I think 3's oven got it best with just producing a tiny edible treat like an Easy Bake.

Agreed that they definitely need a play tea set, though I guess adult Sims need a functional one still as well.
