Franchises in TS4

I like to think that it could be amazing if they used basic elements of a franchise and created an Sim version of it, with its own narrative, like what they did with Strangerville referencing Stranger Things and The Last of Us. What bothers me about Journey to Batuu (even being a Star Wars fan) is the fact that the pack doesn't allow the freedom we're searching for in the game.
