I honestly love all of your ideas, especially vampire hunter (the one thing the Vampires GP is missing for me)! I'm loving the freelance careers and agree they offer a great foundation for future career options. I would also love something for my more practical, handy sims e.g. freelance repairman and freelance carpenter. Some other ideas outside of the base careers could be freelance lawyer, personal trainer, babysitter, tutor, or even architect.
