Small gameplay: New social chat option.
CAS: Hair, hats or jewlery
Chores: Feather duster so I can dust the windows along with vacuum.
Build: Pool slide
Interactions: Baby interaction
Aspirations: Aspirations that are like quests
Traits: I would love more traits like Shy, Quiet, Loud, Liar, Clingy, Loyal, Political Analyst, Conspiracy Theorist, UFO Watcher, Vampire Hunter...

Harvestables, BB and CAS items preferably.

Gameplay Id prefer in official updates if that is going to have a high risk of breaking mods.

BrazenLotus released some new harvestables that can eventually be broken with new harvestables.

I want new harvestable for food. I don't think cc harvestable may broken but it still good to have it in game

A little bit of something each month would be nice, or even every second month.

Hey in truth I want more build designs like say give us back that nice color wheel thing that we had in sims 3. I want to make a leophard print room with purple. Also, the game kicked me off when it did the latest delivery and I lost two hours (Our time not sim time) of play. Think maybe they could give us a five minute warning so that could save the game?
