Yes, I would be very interested in this pack. I was going to say that it should have a pizza oven. Maybe also casinos and wine? There can be some villains/mafia for those wanting that. Elements for that are already in the game. They could add some danger and risk.
I'd want to vacation but also have sims live there. The Mediterranean is a big region with many countries, so I'd be fine with this being a mish mash of influences from the region.
Nectar/nectar-making would obviously make sense. We already have bowls of olives but it sounds like a few more options could be added, maybe some influences from other countries such as Greece and Spain as well? Italian music is also quite different so a new radio station could be added.
I'd just generally play with the theme. I'd want some more ruins. I also think there should be some houses that are "fixer uppers" for renovating. This would be a good way to add investment property as well as hotels. I don't quite know how the paper crafts connect but maybe there could be carnival masks and a masked ball? That sounds like it could be modern or historic.
I think the town should glitter on the surface but be a little rundown as you look more closely with opportunities for the player to improve it through battling local corruption, beautifying spaces and renovating.
The more I think about the masked ball, the more I think they could add the fortune teller and maybe some supernatural stuff for those wanting it. Somehow, I could picture the Grim Reaper as a terrifying mob boss. I don't really want to enact that in my game but it sounds like others would.
Anyway, yes, I hope that they release a Mediterranean theme.
