I definitely agree with this, but don't see it happening. In CAS, we're never forced to choose a particular gender. I imagine that if you had a baby Sim that was identified as a particular gender at birth, but you felt like they didn't fit that gender as they grew up, they would be able to come out as non-binary or trans.
