simgirl is right there. My mod Young Ghosts Return :) Just follow the Link simgirl left and you can get it there :)
Just a update. The mod is on Mod the sims and I wanted to be more sense. The Link takes you to the forum post and I thought it was mod the sims. My bad. If you read the post it will tell you how to get the mod if you want it. There are no other required mods or packs to use. You just use cheats to make them ghosts like how it was before the life and death update.
