Edgewater Court is a very nice home! :) The exterior design of the home is so very nice! The curved roofing is so very great! Very nice textures of the exterior of the home. The curved roofing over the front entrance of the home is very nice. It looks very nice the types of and how you have placed the windows in the build. The curved roofing car port is great! The trees, plants and flowers on the corner of the build on the other side of the car port roofing looks very nice. The corner where you have used the hedge fencing looks nice. Very nice back patio. Sims will enjoy swimming in the pool there or enjoy cooking meals on the BBQ and eating them in the outdoors air at the picnic table. The fireplace will keep the sims whilst outdoors. Nice upper balcony sitting area. Sims will enjoy resting on the sofa seat there, looking out at the views. They will also enjoy keeping fit using the punching bag on the balcony too. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The kitchen is very nice ! The wooden texture of the walls gives a nice look to the room. It looks very nice how you have placed the kitchen cabinets, and the type of kitchen counters that you have used suits well the type of home. It looks nice how you have placed the row of kitchen windows, for sims to enjoy the sunlight coming in whilst cooking their meals. The knife set and utensils on the counters are nice kitchen touches in the room. It is great that you have both a coffee machine and tea maker in the kitchen. The bar stool counter is great! It looks nice how you have placed alternating coloured stools there for sims to sit on, as well as having alternating coloured dining seats at the dining table too. The open plan kitchen, dining, and living rooms looks very nice! Sims will enjoy seeing the nice flowers on the table top sitting at the dining table eating their meals. Very nice fireplace sitting area! It looks nice how you have angled the armchairs either sides of the sofa. Sims will enjoy sitting there warming up in front of the fire, reading a book from the bookcases. The patterned floor rugs look very nice. The brown and orange colour scheme of the areas looks very nice! The plants are nice touches of green and nature either sides of the fireplace. The girls bedroom is very nice! Very nice pink/purple colour scheme of the room. It looks nice how you hsve placed the beds either sides of the middle cabinet. The pink plumbobs are nice touches on the bedside table. The sims will have fun playing with the modern dollhouse. The unicorn looks cute in the room! Nice study desk area for them to enjoy sitting at the desk table reading a book from the bookcase. The school bag is a nice touch in the room. Very nice nature colours that you have used in the master bedroom. It looks nice how you have used the fencing to separate off a TV watching area.
